Job Description:
Responsible for the installation of electronic communications equipment including but not limited to cabling systems, video display devices, video switchers, video signal processing equipment, projection screens, control systems, speakers, audio mixers, audio amplifiers, microphone systems and interactive whiteboards. Responsible for installing these devices in time efficient, professional manner meeting all quality standards set forth by AV Solutions while maintaining a safe work environment. Additionally, must be able to provide direction to project crews ensuring the successful and on-time completion of projects.
Responsibilities:
-Pulling of audio, video and control system wire using AV Solutions cable labeling standards. Equipment rack fabrication, wiring and testing.
-Interconnection and terminations of installed audio video and control equipment.
-Proficiency in using cable test equipment to verify proper termination and operation of cable systems including video test generators, audio analyzers and software based test programs.
-Adhere to project deadlines, schedules and milestones while taking responsibility for ensuring the entire project team work together towards this end result.
-Read and understand system flow diagrams. Provide project documentation for project close outs including Project Sign-Offs.
-Archive all programming files including Crestron, Extron, Soundweb, Clear One

WIRELESS-TERRITORY ACCOUNT MANAGER
We are currently seeking an energetic and creative Territory Account Manager. This Account Manager will represent one of the largest wireless service providers in the United States! This Wireless carrier has recently became a national service provider, and they need you to help them drive product sales! For the national launch, the carrier has chosen national retailers as the main point of distribution. The Territory Account Manager will be responsible for visiting these well-known retailers and showing them the value of the products and services!
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
• Meet and exceed sales goals and service performance requirements
• Provide motivation support for retailers to achieve company, client, and program objectives
• Stay current on all sales processes, products, services, promotions, company policies and general knowledge of the business

Position will work under general direction, develops and implements a quality assurance system to ensure adherence to standards provided by government regulation, customer specifications and Company requirements related to product quality.
Will manage all chartered quality activities required to support Operations / Manufacturing, Engineering and related Business unit functions in the development, procurement, fabrication, test and delivery of products to varied customer requirements. Assures compliance to all customer contract requirements and ISO 9001 and AS 9100 standards. Thoroughly experienced in interpreting customer and internal quality requirements and assuring the existing systems for such are compliant. Interpersonal and customer interface skills are well developed. Persons performing adequately at this level are thoroughly knowledgeable regarding the quality concepts and systems and are further developing their expertise and experience levels in these areas. Capable of presenting ideas and concepts to senior management in a professional manner. Manages the activities of a group of quality engineers and inspection personnel, who support all aspects of the quality system.
•Develop, implement and monitor plans and procedures that constitute an effective, economical Quality Management System, which meets the intent of ISO 9001, AS 9100, and customer requirements.
•Participate/coordinate with Engineering and Manufacturing departments to “Cost Effectively” improve methods/techniques which will increase productivity of items manufactured.
•Monitor and control Quality Assurance requirements (certification of employees, materials, tests, etc.) to meet established criteria defined by the customer.
•Work closely with other department to establish a common understanding of the Quality Assurance functions, their operations and the overall interrelated effect on the company, its present business posture and future goals.
•Acts as a catalyst between suppliers, the company’s operating departments and customer representatives to assure conforming products within scheduled commitments.
•Analyze and report on supplier performance trends and corrective action measures.
•Analyze and distribute reports on cost of quality data based on in-house manufacturing rejection trends.
•Develop and manage an effective corrective action system to monitor in-house, supplier and customer issues.
•Maintain good housekeeping and safety within the QA department.
•Participate with Engineering, Operations and Marketing in the development of new products.
•Appoint selected personnel to perform to the position requirements in support of the department and company overall.
