The Financial Aid Advisor provides individual counseling to current and prospective students and parents regarding financial aid eligibility, the various Title IV programs available, and reviews submitted documents to process for award delivery while providing quality customer service. Duties and Responsibilities of the Financial Aid Advisor:
Counsel students and parents about financial aid eligibility, federal aid programs, application process and procedures, and financial need in accordance with Title IV Federal regulations
Coordinate with Admissions counselors to provide effective and seamless student recruitment, entry and enrollment process
Assist Admissions Team with prospective students by pre-qualifying potential students by accessing NSLDS for Title IV eligibility and determining dependency status
Conduct financial need analysis and determine eligibility for Title IV Federal Aid programs, input financial aid awards into CampusVue system
Ensure that awarded financial aid is packaged in accordance with Title IV regulations in regards to disbursement dates, verification completed if applicable and appropriately disbursed and credited to the students' account; Identify problems related to award delivery and communicate with the appropriate individual or department for resolution
Provide direction to students on how to resolve data conflicts which result from application misinformation
Review appeal documents for accuracy and completeness prior to submission to Director of Financial Aid
Perform exit interviews and loan counseling to students upon graduation and during initial packaging appointment
Assist with financial aid workshops or outreach programs for students, parents, faculty and staff
Assist students in developing and implementing realistic financial budgets and determine available options
Develop and maintain current knowledge of financial aid programs and eligibility requirements by attending trainings, workshops and conferences; May participate in and assist with Financial Aid cross-functional training

TYPICAL DAY IN THE LIFE Operations Coordinator
The Operations Coordinator will perform a variety of duties to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the Clubhouse facilities during program hours. This role will serve as a “jack of all trades” supporting program operations that may include youth group management, lesson implementation, supply distribution, program area supervision, member supervision and visitor relations.
Monitor and positively interact with members at all times to ensure members are safe and engaged.
Coordinate scheduling and workload of Operations Team ensuring appropriate coverage.
Record hourly ratio counts, ensure members are scanning into areas, and maintain all required evaluation information.
Provide engaging and informative clubhouse tours to visitors, potential members, parents and community.
Monitor program areas to include, but not limited to entry and exit ways, locker rooms, coat check.
Oversee and/or participate with group in a variety of indoor and outdoor activities, including games, arts and crafts, theatre, computer lab, swimming, and field trips.

TYPICAL DAY IN THE LIFE Operations Coordinator
The Operations Coordinator will perform a variety of duties to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the Clubhouse facilities during program hours. This role will serve as a “jack of all trades” supporting program operations that may include youth group management, lesson implementation, supply distribution, program area supervision, member supervision and visitor relations.
Monitor and positively interact with members at all times to ensure members are safe and engaged.
Coordinate scheduling and workload of Operations Team ensuring appropriate coverage.
Record hourly ratio counts, ensure members are scanning into areas, and maintain all required evaluation information.
Provide engaging and informative clubhouse tours to visitors, potential members, parents and community.

The Education Director will be responsible for the development, management, and evaluation of all Clubhouse education programs with a particular emphasis on programs and activities designed to help promote and foster academic growth in clubhouse members ages 6-20.
