Our Field Services division provides residential and commercial PC, Laptop, Printer, and TV repair services on manufacturer (OEM) products. The products are still under manufacturer warranty . Our Field Service Technicians have an opportunity to set their own schedule, and enjoy the benefit of being out in the field providing excellent customer service versus sitting at a desk in an office environment. We provide manufacturer CERTIFICATIONS , such as Dell DCSE at no cost to you. Also Dell Server, Apple , Lexmark and Lenovo among others. Once you have completed the certification process, you will receive weekly direct deposit for the calls you service. We pay $14 TO $16 per hr , provide an AT&T smartphone; plus .33 per mile reimbursement and 29 hr work week. Our average call time is 40 minutes and that would be to replace a Motherboard in a laptop. ALL WE DO IS HARDWARE REPLACEMENT … MEANING WE DON’T WORK ON SOFTWARE …

The Opportunity: Break/Fix Technician
Break/Fix Technician: Our Field Services division provides residential and commercial PC, Laptop, Printer, and TV repair services on manufacturer (OEM) products. The products are still under manufacturer warranty or are covered with an extended warranty. Our Break/Fix Field Service Technicians have an opportunity to set their own schedule, be based in your home area, and enjoy the benefit of being out in the field providing excellent customer service versus sitting at a desk in an office environment. We will provide training and certifications on specific manufacturer products (computers and printers) at no cost to you. Some of our certifications that we provide are Dell, IBM, HP, Sony, Lexmark, Apple and others. Once you have completed our online training and certification program, you can start taking calls for F2O. The Opportunity: Break/Fix Technician
Break/Fix Technician: Our Field Services division provides residential and commercial PC, Laptop, Printer, and TV repair services on manufacturer (OEM) products. The products are still under manufacturer warranty or are covered with an extended warranty. Our Break/Fix Field Service Technicians have an opportunity to set their own schedule, be based in your home area, and enjoy the benefit of being out in the field providing excellent customer service versus sitting at a desk in an office environment. We will provide training and certifications on specific manufacturer products (computers and printers) at no cost to you. Some of our certifications that we provide are Dell, IBM, HP, Sony, Lexmark, Apple and others. Once you have completed our online training and certification program, you can start taking calls for F2O. We pay on a Per Call basis (weekly by direct deposit) depending on miles traveled , pay can range from $25 to $35 per call that you complete. Most of our service calls last less than 45 minutes, and are near your home zip code.
